DMG’s “Monclova” Coal Project

DMG’s “Monclova” coal project, through its subsidiary Rio Grand Coal, Inc. is currently ready to go into operation. The project is located in Northern Mexico some 150 miles south of Eagle Pass, Texas. The coal will be sold to the steel mills located in Monclova and Saltillo, Mexico and also into the U.S. Monthly output is projected at 20,000 tons, beginning in December 2005.

Future plans for this project call for producing clean coal that meets current environmental standards. In order to accomplish this DMG plans on building a coal wash plant on site. The wash plant reduces the amounts of ash and sulfur in raw coal.
